The workshop with Anna Royon-Weigelt covers basic aspects of communication, especially in intercultural contexts and presents tools & models to understand and shape constructive communication at work. By applying different methods like practical exercises, self-reflection, case studies, small group work, role plays, and peer group consulting you will gain a fundamental understanding of the following aspects:

  • Bad weather warning: Recognizing conflict causes and signals in time,
  • Conflict analysis: types of conflicts and conflict escalation levels: being able to analyze conflict situations and to decide what can be done,
  • Conflict handling modes and conflict management styles: understanding different ways of handling conflicts and reflecting one’s own conflict management style,
  • Leading constructive talks: How to prepare and lead a constructive talk in difficult feedback and conflict situations.

The exercises will also take your own conflict experiences and your actual work context into consideration.
