SFB Online Information Event: Understanding and Addressing Microaggressions

Together with the SFBs 1287 and 1636, we are organising an online information event in collaboration with IN-VISIBLE on the topic of microaggressions. Microaggressions are subtle, often unintentional comments or actions that can negatively impact individuals from marginalised groups, and they play a significant role in shaping workplace culture.

The session will provide valuable input as well as space for questions and discussion. Everyone is warmly invited to join. We particularly encourage our PIs to attend, as the session addresses key aspects of leadership and team culture.

A similar event on unconscious bias is currently being planned, and the date will be shared once confirmed.
