Call for papers + travel funding: Berlin Summer School on Applied Stochastic Analysis (Deadline: 3 May 2026)

We are happy to co-organise a Workshop in the field of Stochastic Analysis! The Berlin Summer School in Applied Stochastic Analysis will take place at TU Berlin from 28 to 31 July 2026. It acts as an international hub for PhD students and early-career researchers working in probability theory to learn together and present their work in the form of talks.
You are invited to submit an abstract for your talk until 3 May 2026 (deadline recently updated). The participation is free and in order to foster international engagement, you can even apply for funding to help with travel costs.
Next to your contributions, the programme features two mini-courses:
- Josef Teichmann (ETH Zürich): Neural Jump ODEs and Generative Modeling
- Pierre Del Moral (INRIA Bordeaux): An Introduction to Schrödinger Bridges and Sinkhorn Semigroups
For details on registration and abstract submission, please visit: https://www.wias-berlin.de/workshops/IRTG2026/.
The summer school is jointly organised by the Berlin-Oxford International Research Training Group (IRTG) 2544 "Stochastic Analysis in Interaction", the Collaborative Research Center TRR 388 "Rough Analysis, Stochastic Dynamics & Related Fields", and the Collaborative Research Centre SFB 1294 "Data Assimilation".
We would be delighted to welcome you to Berlin this summer!
